Biography
Ikuko Ohta is Chief Strategy Officer at Droga5 Tokyo part of Accenture Song. She leads strategy that puts creativity to work—driving business transformation and growth across brand, experience, and technology.
She began her career in 2001 at Hakuhodo, one of Japan’s leading advertising agencies, as a strategic planner. There, she built extensive experience across corporate strategy, marketing, and product development. She later joined Hakuhodo Kettle, where she led PR-driven integrated communications, and was appointed President, Co-CEO, and Executive Creative Director in 2019.
She joined Accenture Song in 2022, where she has combined expertise in strategy, PR, and creativity to drive brand-led transformation and sustainable business growth. Since 2025, she has also been part of Droga5 Tokyo, leading business growth and organizational transformation through creativity.
