Biography
Jean Lin is a global marketing leader with more than 30 years of experience driving brand value, innovation and transformation. She serves as Global Chief Brand Officer of Dentsu Group Inc., overseeing the company’s global brand vision, architecture, and portfolio strategy, and acts as Executive Sponsor for the Group’s Data & Tech and AI Forum.
Jean began her career at WPP before founding wwwins Consulting (Isobar), one of Asia’s pioneering digital agencies, later acquired by dentsu. She has held global CEO roles across Isobar, CX and Commerce, and Creative within dentsu international. As a member of the Dentsu Group Executive Management Team, Jean led groupwide sustainability business solutions and also led one dentsu culture strategy as Global Chief Culture Officer. She most recently served as Global President, Global Practices, leading capability integration, strengthening connectivity across markets, and advancing clientcentric growth at scale.
As a highly respected voice in the industry, Jean serves on the Effie Worldwide Board of Directors and Executive Committee and the D&AD Advisory Board, and has been a multiple-time Jury President at Cannes Lions, D&AD and Spikes Asia.
