Biography
Jen Costello is the Global Chief Strategy Officer at TBWA\Worldwide, where she leads a global collective of strategists in the fight against the age of average.
She's partnered with leaders at Airbnb, Robinhood, Levi's, McDonald's, Hilton, UNIQLO, and many more to define bold visions and unlock new growth.
Prior to becoming Global CSO, she spent a decade rising through the ranks of Chiat\Day LA. She helped take Airbnb from creepy couch-surfing to cultural belonging. Framed Robinhood as a financial frenemy. Brought Levi's back to the agency that first made it iconic. And returned Jack in the Box to its unruly roots when the world was stuck in lockdown — all while evolving TBWA's Disruption® practice with cultural fluency, commercial rigor, and a lot more imagination.
Jen's career began in Austin building cult love for Whataburger and Shiner Beers at McGarrah Jessee, before heading to The Martin Agency to drive digital transformation for Walmart. A six-time direct Effie winner, her work has been recognized at Cannes, the Jay Chiat Awards, and The One Show.
