Biography

A designer by trade and a maker at heart, Jon brings a multidisciplinary approach to creativity, blending craft, storytelling and technology to create work that is distinctive, resonant and culturally connected.

Over the past two decades, he has developed high-impact ideas and intelligent design systems for brands including Nike, McLaren, Audi and Google, helping them build experiences that connect meaningfully with people.

As EMEA Executive Creative Director at Monks, and a member of its global creative leadership team, Jon helps shape the creative vision and capabilities of the business across the region and beyond. He has a strong track record in winning new business, leading the creative on global pitch wins, and building both client teams and departments that are future-focused, commercially grounded and creatively ambitious.

Although his teams’ work has been recognised by every major industry award, including Cannes Lions, D&AD and the Clios, Jon remains happiest in the making, finding ways to bring his teams’ ideas to life.
