Dr. Juliet Ehimuan is the Founder and CEO of Beyond Limits and the immediate past Director of Google West Africa, where she spent over a decade shaping Africa’s digital future. Recognized globally as a trailblazer, she has been named by Forbes among the Top 20 Power Women in Africa, by the London Business School as one of 30 people changing the world, and featured in the BBC Africa Power Women series and CNN Innovate Africa.

With more than 25 years of international experience in Technology and New Media across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Juliet is a leading voice on innovation, transformation, and leadership. During her 12‑year tenure at Google, she spearheaded landmark initiatives that expanded digital access, drove local content creation, advanced digital skills, and launched the Google for Startups Accelerator. Working with the Africa leadership team, she facilitated Google’s $1 billion investment in Africa — a bold commitment to accelerating the continent’s digital transformation.

Through Beyond Limits, Juliet now focuses on Leadership development, organisational transformation, and nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. She is also the convener of DICE, a platform dedicated to strengthening Africa’s tech and business ecosystems, and fostering collaboration between African businesses and global markets.

Juliet serves on multiple boards across industries including Finance, FMCG, and Oil & Gas, bringing her expertise to shape strategy and governance at the highest levels.

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University, an Executive MBA from the London Business School, and a Postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, UK.
