Karla Bonilla is an award-winning creative leader and the Founder, President, and Chief Creative Officer of Fire Creative, an independent advertising agency based in Puerto Rico. With over 20 years of experience across top local agencies and international networks, she launched Fire in 2019, growing it into one of the most recognized agencies on the island, consistently ranked among the top creative agencies since 2022.

Her work has earned more than 40 local and international awards, including two Cannes Lions, and she has been recognized for her ability to merge creativity with business growth. Bonilla has led campaigns for major brands such as Cervecera de Puerto Rico, Liberty, Marriott, Hilton, and Rimas Music, where she brings a strong strategic lens alongside hands-on creative execution.

Beyond her agency work, she is an active contributor to the industry, serving as Director of Cúspide 2025, Vice President of the jury, and a juror at festivals including FIAP and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
