Biography

Nadja Bellan-White is the first-ever Group CEO of M+C Saatchi North America, where she leads a multimillion and multidisciplinary platform spanning brand strategy, consulting, corporate reputation, sport & entertainment, creator engagement, and performance marketing. She holds full P&L responsibility across the region and is a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards navigating growth, transformation, and complexity in highly scrutinized markets.

With more than 30 years of global operating experience, Bellan-White is widely recognized for helping organizations unlock enterprise value at moments of inflection — including brand repositioning, cultural transformation, digital acceleration, leadership transition, and market expansion. Her work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, governance, and cultural relevance, making her a valued thought partner to executive teams, investors, and directors alike.

At M+C Saatchi, Bellan-White has helped define and scale a North America strategy rooted in the belief that Cultural Power is a commercial advantage — enabling organizations to drive performance by understanding and influencing the forces shaping people, markets, and behavior. She currently leads and advises work for some of the world’s most influential and complex organizations, including Novo Nordisk, JPMorgan Chase, the U.S. Soccer Federation, and the Harlem Globetrotters, spanning healthcare, financial services, sport, and entertainment. Her experience across these sectors brings a distinctive lens on reputation, trust, regulation, and long-term value creation.

Previously, Bellan-White served as Global Chief Marketing Officer of VICE Media Group, where she led enterprise brand strategy during a period of significant organizational change. Prior to that, she was an Executive Partner and WPP Team Leader at Ogilvy, overseeing complex global client relationships and large, multi-market teams. Her portfolio included leading global transformation work for Unilever’s Beauty & Personal Care division, with a particular focus on Dove, as well as assignments for American Express, Coca-Cola, IKEA, LG Electronics, Siemens, and Vodafone/Safaricom.

In 2014, Bellan-White was appointed CEO of Ogilvy Africa, based in Nairobi, with responsibility for operations across the continent. This role provided first-hand experience leading through emerging-market volatility, governance complexity, and cross-border growth — deepening her ability to operate effectively in complex regulatory and stakeholder environments.

Across her career, Bellan-White has been defined by a pragmatic, outcomes-driven leadership style: aligning brand, culture, and operating discipline to drive sustained performance. She brings a global perspective, strong pattern recognition, and a steady hand developed from advising Fortune 100 companies, PE-backed businesses, and mission-driven organizations.

Bellan-White currently serves or has served on several boards and advisory bodies, including as Non-Executive Director of MyCode Media (successfully exited), Board Member of the Ad Council, Executive Director of The Roundhouse (UK), and Trustee of the Howard University School of Business and the University of Virginia College of Arts & Sciences. Her board experience reflects a consistent focus on governance, leadership, and long-term enterprise value.

Her contributions to business and leadership have been recognized by AdColor (Legend Award), Savoy Magazine (Top 100 Women in Corporate America), Campaign (40 Over 40; Most Inspiring Women), AdAge, and most recently named to Adweek’s inaugural Agency Vanguard List.

She holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
