Biography
Nilakshi Medhi is a brand strategist with over 15 years of experience shaping growth for brands in a world that has rapidly shifted from traditional to digital-first. She has worked across markets and categories, partnering with brands like PepsiCo, Unilever, Nestlé, GSK, Burger King, and Suzuki, building strategies that connect cultural insight with business impact.
She has been part of integrated transformation hubs for Ford and Suzuki in India, bringing together strategy, media, digital, and experience into one cohesive thinking model. Named South East Asia’s Campaign Asia Planner of the Year 2023, Nilakshi has been recognised for both her work and her contribution to building strategic capability in the region.
Having worked across networks including Wunderman Thompson (now VML), Dentsu, and Hakuhodo, she brings a wide lens across categories. At the core of her thinking is a simple belief: the most effective brands stay deeply human, earning a meaningful place in people’s lives.
