Biography
Pum Lefebure is the co-founder and chief creative officer of Design Army in Washington, D.C. An award-winning creative director and business leader, she has crafted global campaigns for Adobe, MORPHE, Netflix, The Ritz-Carlton, PepsiCo, Saucony, and Hong Kong Ballet. Born in Thailand, she brings a global sensibility to American design—a creative point of view that draws from different cultures and resonates with diverse audiences.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Pum has positioned Design Army as a trendsetter while shaping her own signature style—a seamless fusion of artistry and commerce. She champions design as a driver of business success, balancing creativity, strategy, and industry expertise. Her insights have been featured in Fast Company, The New York Times, Adweek, Entrepreneur, and Forbes. Her work has earned top honors, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, ADC, CLIOs, and multiple Emmy Awards.
