Biography

Ricardo is one of the CCOs at LePub Mexico.

In recent years, he and his creative partner have been launching and leading agencies, always pushing them to reach their full creative potential.

During his time at Dentsu Creative, Rich led the agency's merger and built a creative culture that not only won at major international festivals, but also earned the agency a spot on Fast Company’s list of the Top 100 Most Innovative Workplaces.

Now at LePub, he's leading creative work for brands like Tecate, Heineken, Amstel, and YouTube Music. His main focus is making ideas that really connect with people; the kind of stuff you'd hear talked about over beers at the bar.

Over the course of his career he has won more than 200 awards, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Good and Mexico’s first and only D&AD Yellow Pencil.
