One of Europe’s best creative leaders trying her best to be a good human being everyday.

With a career spanning across decades and markets, Ruxandra has worked for some of the most iconic brands in the world, such as Vodafone, Stella Artois, Coca-Cola or Mastercard, while also always being hungry for innovation and brand building among pioneers like NEOM.

Along the years, she has claimed dozens of the biggest awards in the industry including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Golden Drum, One Show, ANDY and many more. Her work has a place in the permanent film collection of the Museum of Modern Art New York and she takes pride in being part of international advertising and film juries such as Lions, One Show, One Film, London International Awards, New York Festivals, Golden Drum and others. 

She is a public speaker, workshop coordinator and coach manager, being a friend of international advertising schools and a fierce advocate for women leadership.

In 2024 she decided to take a sabbatical to travel the world and do really wild things such as taking her mom out for lunch on a Wednesday. She came back with even bigger ambitions than before and became a partner in the indie agency AIN'T, which soon gained recognition as Independent Agency of the Year in CEE and is now seeing work done across the globe.
