Sabaa Quao is a creative leader, entrepreneur, and business strategist. As a digital media veteran, he has built and grown several platforms and companies across content, tech, and culture, collaborating with marketing and technology teams in over a dozen countries.​

He recently built an AI and fintech venture studio as an innovation spinoff of Cossette, Canada’s largest marketing and advertising agency, where he previously served as Chief Creative and Innovation Officer. As Founding President of PlusCo Venture Studio, he worked with seven companies developing solutions in embedded finance, synthetic data, and knowledge management, collectively securing $1.4MM in AI research grants. The studio reflects a shift in agency models, as capabilities move upstream and value transitions from services to systems.

Sabaa is a keynote speaker and industry advisor on creativity, entrepreneurship, and business model innovation. He has served on over 20 national and international marketing and short film juries. In Canada, Sabaa sits on the Cannes Lions Advisory Board with The Globe and Mail and is the current Digital Young Lions co-chair. Sabaa holds degrees in Marketing, Communication and Design, and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
