Biography

Sarah Lemarié is the Chief Strategy Officer at Publicis France. She started in 2014 as a strategist at BETC, before joining Marcel in 2016, where she became Head of Strategic Planning. She had the opportunity to work across a wide range of national and international accounts and to help create award-winning work. At Marcel, she was at the inception of the Black Supermarket campaign and the Act for Food global platform for Carrefour. Her work on the Carrefour brand was awarded the Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix and the Creative Business Transformation Grand Prix at Cannes Lions. In 2022, she became Creative Strategy Lead for Publicis France, working alongside CCO Marco Venturelli to help strengthen the group's creative excellence. She contributed to Publicis Conseil’s double win as Agency of the Year for two consecutive years, as well as to the launch and international rollout of the Leo Constellation. In 2024-2025, she had the unique chance to initiate and lead the development of "Three Words", an innovation for victims of domestic violence, which earned AXA the Titanium Grand Prix. She has had the honor of receiving 100+ international awards, including some of the most prestigious, 5 Cannes Lions Grand Prix, 7 Eurobest Grand Prix, the D&AD Black Pencil Impact, the White Pencil, 4 Grand LIA, and the Best of Show at the New York Festival. She has served as a juror for international and national award shows, including Cannes Lions, Eurobest, D&AD, Clio, the WARC Awards for Effectiveness, The One Show, and the Effie Awards Europe. Having graduated from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, she chose advertising because she believes creativity can be as powerful as politics in making a meaningful impact on society. She is passionate about the work and dedicates her energy to helping brands embrace their time.
