Beginning his career as an Art Director at McCann New York, Tarek built a strong creative foundation before moving into growth-focused roles at FP7 and Lowe MENA, where he led regional business development and new market expansion.

Drawing on both creative and commercial expertise, Tarek was appointed CEO of FP7McCann across the MENAT region in 2010. Under his leadership, the network has become one of the region’s most awarded and effective agency groups.

Today, FP7McCann holds the title of MENA Effie Agency and Network of the Year, an achievement it has secured 10 times over the past 12 years. It is also been the most awarded agency at Cannes Lions, from the region, for the last three consecutive years.
