Virginie Briand is a Partner at Deloitte, specializing in marketing transformation, brand strategy, and strategic communications. With over 25 years of experience across industries including automotive, telecommunications, insurance, and consumer goods, she has built a reputation for shaping narratives that drive business impact and enable large-scale transformation.

Throughout her career, she has combined creativity with strategic rigor—leading global marketing initiatives at BMW Group, co-founding and scaling a successful consultancy, and serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte in Central Europe. Today, her work focuses on the intersection of creativity, technology, and AI, helping organizations harness data-driven insights, develop compelling storytelling, and accelerate change.

Virginie is particularly passionate about the role of narrative in transformation—reducing complexity, overcoming resistance, and building momentum. Beyond her client work, she is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, leading the Female CIO & Tech Leader Circle and actively supporting initiatives such as ‘Women at the Wheel’ to advance female leadership in business and technology.
