Biography
This is Big Warunyoo Sorasetsakoon, known as BIG. A lifelong Manchester United fan and an even bigger fan of advertising, his journey began 16 years ago as a trainee at BBDO Bangkok. Today, he is Executive Creative Director and one of Thailand’s most awarded creatives, recognized for sharp insights and bold ideas.
Big is driven by Thailand’s rich cultural nuances, constantly observing and transforming local insights into globally resonant work. This passion has fueled campaigns like This Commercial Doesn’t Understand You At All for Clean & Clear, earning honors at One Asia Creative Awards, London International Awards, and Epica Awards 2022, and 7Up Fiber After Food Ads, shortlisted at YouTube Works and Adman Awards.
Over the past decade, he has worked across JWT, Ogilvy, McCann, Publicis Groupe, and BBDO Bangkok, delivering creative solutions for both regional and local brands. His work has been recognized at Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, ADFEST, and Adman.
His standout campaign, Death of a Salesman for Five Star Chicken, has won across major global stages including Cresta, ONE Asia, Epica, Spike Asia, ADFEST, The One Show, and 1 Grand with 3 Golds at LIA 2026, proving that powerful local insight can travel worldwide.
