Group Bookings

A dedicated Account Manager is on hand to guide you seamlessly through your group's delegate pass booking, as well as sourcing and booking your preferred accommodation. 

For groups of 10 or more individuals, contact our Group Services team. Early bookings receive preferential admin pricing. 

For Cannes Lions 2026, the group admin fee pricing structure will be as follows: 

• Contracts signed by end of October 2025 – 5% 
• Contracts signed from November until the end of 2025 – 7.5% 
• Contracts signed in 2026 – 10%.

 

Group bookings will receive: 

• A dedicated Account manager to help you every step of the way from pre-booking to pass bookings based on your group's preferences and needs 
• Access to preferred accommodation bookings, at locations that will suit your needs during the Festival week 
• The option to have your passes pre-printed and ready to collect on your group's behalf, avoiding the crowds 
• Complimentary delegate pass name changes until 15 May.
