Biography

Allison is Chief Creative Officer at Digitas Health, leading a creative transformation grounded in a simple philosophy: genuinely caring about people. She builds purpose-driven work that makes healthcare more human and drives patient-centered outcomes, having driven campaigns for major health brands for Gilead, GSK, AbbVie, Merck, Sanofi and Novo Nordisk. Her award-winning initiatives, such as ParkinSex and ScART, have inspired Parkinson’s and breast cancer communities, while her DTC and disease-awareness work across immunology, HIV, lupus, Alzheimer’s, and asthma (including Eisai's Younger Than You Think and Sanofi’s FENOmenal) has earned global recognition. Her work has been honored at Cannes Lions, NY Festivals, ADC, LIA, Clio Health, Lürzer’s Archive, MM&M, and PM360. Honors include Cannes Lions 'See It, Be It' Mentor (2024), Campaign US '40 Over 40,' and MM&M 'Woman of Distinction.' She has served on juries including Dubai Lynx and was Executive Jury Chair for Clio Health and NY Festivals. She is committed to mentoring the next generation of creative leaders — she’s been an adjunct professor and advisor at FIT’s Advertising Design program, mentors students in SVA’s Masters of Branding, serves on the board of the Research Foundation to Cure AIDS, and is Creative Chair for Medical Advertising Hall of Fame.
