Biography

Bogosi Motshegwa is Founder, CEO and Chief Strategy Officer at Thinkerneur, a strategy consulting and impact group. His core expertise lies in strategy development, brand building, and impact led, culture shifting marketing delivered through the philosophy of Brand Dominance. This approach gives brands clarity on architecture, narrative, and decisive market activities.

Bogosi has worked with leading global and African brands including Multichoice, Clover, Aspen Pharma, Coca Cola (Fanta), Paramount (BET), Airbnb, Metropolitan, Nike, McCain, African Bank, Sasol, Emeris, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Wakanda Food Accelerator.

The group comprises TSI, WISA and TEGS. Thinkerneur Sustainable Impact (TSI) is a mission based unit that mobilises private companies in South Africa and across Africa to act more consciously and intentionally as a force for good. Women In Sustainability Assembly (WISA) is a purpose led conference that recognises and amplifies women in impact, shifting them from peripheral participation to active leadership. Aligned with the UN’s SDG 4, The Edcation + Graduates Summits (TEGS) aims to improve the quality of education in South Africa through systemic reform. His work consistently bridges commercial growth with social impact, helping organisations align purpose, performance, and relevance in rapidly evolving African and global markets while building enduring brands and meaningful stakeholder value.
