A founder and gender equity advocate, she leads MORE GRLS—the largest talent marketplace for female creative leaders in Brazil, partnering with companies like Google, Meta, and Pinterest. She is also a mentor, speaker, awards juror, and host of Job pra Ontem, a Spotify-sponsored podcast.
