Catherine Huang believes communication has the power to make healthcare more human. She started her career in agencies, where she developed a strong appreciation for bold ideas, strategic thinking, and creative execution. Transitioning in-house later allowed her to apply those skills with greater purpose—helping improve how patients, caregivers, and communities experience healthcare.

Having worked on both sides of the industry, Catherine brings a well-rounded perspective that blends creativity with real-world impact. She is especially passionate about transforming complex science into stories that people can understand, trust, and relate to.

She currently leads the Public Affairs team at Gilead Sciences Taiwan, where she focuses on patient advocacy, integrated communications, and purpose-led reputation building. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that raised awareness, built trust, and helped organizations navigate challenging moments with clarity and empathy.
