Charlie Godinet is the Executive Creative Director at Daylight, bringing over 16 years of experience in brand storytelling, art direction and design. He honed his craft at New Zealand’s top agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland and the world renowned Colenso BBDO. Globally awarded in both creativity and effectiveness, Charlie’s work has been recognised at prestigious shows including D&AD, One Show, and a Grand Prix at Spikes.

In 2021, Charlie took a break from the big networks to help set-up Daylight, a fully independent creative and technology studio. In just 5 years Daylight has grown to a team of 34, including highly regarded conceptual and design departments in which Charlie leads. As well as becoming one of the most exciting new offerings in the New Zealand market, Daylight also partners with a range of international organisations, helping them to respond to the world as it shifts.
