Iwona Mnich is Executive Producer International at Papaya Films, one of Central Europe’s leading production companies, where she leads international productions across Europe, the UK, and the US.

With more than three decades in film, advertising and television production, Iwona brings together structure, creative vision, and an instinct that sharpens the work. She has played a key role in shaping Papaya Films’ international production strategy while mentoring teams across markets.

Under her leadership, Papaya Films continues to deliver work at a global scale for clients including Toyota, Nestlé, CeraVe, and Unilever – consistently recognised at major international awards including Shots, Gerety, 1.4, Berlin Commercial, SXSW London and most recently a 2026 Effie Awards US win for Closing the Gap to Reconstructive Surgery.

Iwona brings a distinct combination of experience, leadership, and creative instinct to her role as a juror at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
