I am Johannesburg born and based. Being a multidisciplinary creative sparked with a passion for stories and character. My journey as a filmmaker began as a creative, working mostly in design and motion graphics back in 2009.

I moved between creative agencies and production houses, but unable to "kick the habit" of filmmaking and directing, I joined Spitfire Films in 2020 to direct full time. I still love the audacity of creativity, the making of 'hand made films'. I'm lucky enough to have travelled to several countries making films.

I've also have been awarded in South Africa's Loeries awards and named in the top 10 directors Middle East and Africa. I've been shortlisted or won several awards from the Loeries/ One Show/ Cannes Lion/ Promax Africa etc.
