Lauren Kimball leads the Experience Design practice at Edelman, guiding the way for immersive brand experiences at the intersection of digital and physical environments.

She oversees an interdisciplinary design team focused on connected experiences for clients across industries, including sports, beauty, luxury and entertainment. Lauren’s led teams through the design of sprawling music festivals, Olympic masterplan, and immersive product launches, all to help clients understand their why, and how that translates to an effective design solution.

In 2023, Lauren launched FIND by DESIGN, a space created to make it easier to find and support Black designers. The carefully curated directory allows anyone to find talented designers across the visual design and experiential industries, and is live in the US, UK and Ireland with more countries to come.
