Mohamed El Nagdy is a Dubai-based Creative Director with 15 years of experience, shaped by a life lived between cultures across the Middle East. With a background in fine arts, he approaches advertising with a strong sense of craft and a belief in ideas that feel human, insightful, and culturally relevant.

Since starting his career in 2011, he has worked across Egypt, Jordan, and the UAE, building work that spans film, digital, print, and brand experiences. His work has been recognized at leading global award shows including Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, CLIO, ADC and Dubai Lynx.

He has been ranked among The One Club for Creativity’s top creatives for two consecutive years. #4 in the Middle East & Africa and Top 50 worldwide in 2023 (The One Show), and rising to #1 in MEA and #21 globally in 2024 (ADC Awards). His work also contributed to one of the most shortlisted campaigns worldwide at The One Show 2023.

Mohamed has served as a juror at international award shows and was named one of Little Black Book’s ‘Uprising’ talents in the Middle East in 2021.
