Biography
Viviane Duarte is the founder and CEO of Plano Feminino. This pioneering consultancy for 15 years has been building narratives in advertising and corporate actions that promote gender equity and diversity, linked to businesses that promote revenue and social impact through branded content projects, marketing campaigns, and other services, serving companies and brands such as Unilever, Seda, Bayer, Amaro, Itaú, Pepsico, DPZ&T, Heineken, Samsung, BETC, Talent, Publicis, The Body Shop, Avon, O Boticário, Natura&Co, Sazon, among others. Plano acts as an intelligence front for topics related to ESG in partnership with Mynd, the largest influencer marketing agency in the country.
She is also president of the Plano de Menina Institute, a social project focused on training and connecting girls to job opportunities and scholarships, through workshops on self-esteem, financial education, entrepreneurship, career, among others. The Institute has already impacted more than 5,000 girls in person and millions of girls through content on the internet and digital journeys.
Author of the book "Who are you in the bread line?", released in August 2021, by Editora Planeta, as category A. The book is a manual for those who want to get their plans off paper, with exercises and dynamics to build a successful brand persona.
