Biography
Zoe is Global Chief Strategy Officer for Unilever at Ogilvy, where she has spent five years shaping brand transformation and purpose-led work. Her strategy career began at Ogilvy before roles at WCRS and a move McCann Milan for the global repositioning of Magnum into a celebrated female-pleasure brand. Back in London she headed strategy at VCCP across multiple accounts, delivering the creative turnaround of Diet Coke and launching Coke Zero. Since joining Ogilvy Zoe has contributed to the network earning four consecutive years as the world’s most effective and most creative agency, topping WARC’s Effective 100 and Creative 100, through sustained, impact-driven work for Dove and Hellmann’s. Her leadership on Dove’s ‘Real Beauty’ platform has been recognised at Cannes Lions with the 2025 Grand Prix in Creative Strategy, Long Term Platform, and the Glass: The Lion for Change Grand Prix, affirming the power of creative to advance social purpose. In 2026 Dove’s Real Beauty was named WARC’s #1 Most Effective Campaign in the World.
