Peruvian professional with over fifteen years of experience at multinational agencies, leading innovation, digital transformation and business development. She has worked within networks such as Grey Group and DDB, as well as innovation studios, heading digital units, innovation labs and new business verticals. Throughout her career she has managed multidisciplinary teams and developed projects for leading brands including BCP, Falabella, Sodimac, Movistar, Red Bull, BMW and PepsiCo, among others. She studied in Peru, Spain and England, and today combines strategic vision, purposeful leadership and a people-first approach. She is currently Managing Director at Circus Grey, where she drives sustainable growth by creating value for brands and their audiences. She was recently named Leading Woman 2026 at the first edition of the festival in Peru.
