Biography
Ángela Pacheco is an Executive Creative Director at the agency El Ruso de Rocky, where she has worked since 2016. During her time there, she has developed campaigns for leading brands such as J&B, LaLiga, Liga F, Grupo Pascual, Mahou, Pepsi, and El Corte Inglés.
The work she has produced alongside her agency has received major recognition at some of the world’s top advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, and Clio. In 2023, her campaign She for J&B earned the Grand Prix for Creativity from Spain’s Club de Creatividad.
That same year, she was selected to join Cannes Lions’ ‘See It Be It’ program, an initiative designed to accelerate female creative talent into senior leadership roles. Only 16 creatives were chosen from over 1,000 applicants. The following year, she returned to Cannes Lions as a speaker, sharing insights from her experience in the program.
She has also served as a jury member at major festivals such as Eurobest, El Ojo, El Sol, and the Club de Creativos, and was Jury President at the Gerety Awards 2024.
Previously, Ángela worked at Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Group, creating campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola, Toyota Europe, P&G, Domino’s Pizza, and Loterías. She also worked at Razorfish NY and Wunderman Thompson New York.
She holds a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Málaga and furthered her education with a Copywriting program at Miami Ad School in Madrid, Amsterdam, and New York, where she also teaches creativity.
