Biography
Aurelia Noel, Global Group Head of Transformation and Innovation at dentsu X, leads global media, data and technology transformation for some of the world’s most complex brands. In her day to day she is translating human connections, media partnerships and ever-changing media, data and tech strategies into measurable growth. With over 25 years in digital, spanning Amazon, Dell, Whitbread and Urban Outfitters, Aurelia brings an end‑to‑end perspective on how media and tech have evolved from early web through performance, platforms, data privacy and now AI‑driven marketing.
For dentsu, she has driven transformation programmes across some of the biggest brands in the network, and established future‑facing innovation agendas, strengthening effectiveness and media literacy at scale.
An AI for Media champion across the dentsu global network, Aurelia is equally passionate about sustainability as a growth lever, embedding responsible, efficient practices that build brand resilience and long‑term value. Soon to graduate from Cambridge, she also co‑chairs dentsu’s UK Sustainability ERG, while mentoring emerging talent and advocating inclusive thinking to improve insight and creative effectiveness.
