Binda Dey is a seasoned marketing and digital thought leader with over two decades of experience shaping brand, content, and revenue strategies across media, entertainment, and sports. As Chief Marketing Officer of the Knight Riders Group, she leads the global marketing vision for one of the most recognised franchises in sport, spanning India, the Caribbean, the USA, and the UAE.

She oversees brand strategy, digital innovation, fan engagement, sponsorship, licensing, and merchandising—building an integrated, fan-first ecosystem that blends storytelling, data, and technology to deepen emotional connections across geographies. Purpose-driven at her core, Binda has championed sustainability and community initiatives, implementing green practices across stadiums with over 600,000 annual footfalls and spearheading grassroots programs reaching 10,000+ individuals.

Her career includes leadership roles at Red Chillies Entertainment, Disney-Star India, Twentieth Century Fox, Starcom, and DDB Mudra, where she delivered transformative campaigns at the intersection of creativity, commerce, and culture. A recognised industry voice, she has received accolades including HT Media’s Crafting Bharat Award (2025), DMA Asia’s Most Customer-Centric CMO (2021), and CMO Asia’s Greatest Marketing Influencers (2017).
