Biography
Chad Song is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of CRACK THE NUTS INC., Actionable Strategy Consulting firm redefining how brands communicate and grow. As the creator of CRACKtivity™ (Creativity + Activity), he focuses on turning cracks in the consumer journey into tangible business opportunities, connecting strategic thinking with execution to deliver real business impact.
He built his multidisciplinary foundation across advertising, PR, and brand consulting at global agencies including Leo Burnett, Publicis, Serviceplan, and Edelman, as well as the brand consulting firm the.WATERMELON. This cross-disciplinary experience enables him to approach brand challenges as business problems, not just communication tasks.
His work has been recognized by leading global award shows including Spikes Asia, Effie Awards, New York Festivals, and YouTube Works Awards, with multiple wins including consecutive awards at YouTube Works Awards and Effie Awards Korea. He has also served as a jury member for major global award shows including New York Festivals, Effie Awards, and Asia Design Prize, and was appointed Executive Committee Member and PR & Public Jury President of the 2024/25 Korea Advertising Awards, where he led the 2024 theme ‘Creativity Wins All.’
Chad is the author of AI Power Up Storytelling, where he explores how AI expands human creativity and reshapes brand storytelling. His work continues to be driven by a belief that creativity, when translated into action, remains the most powerful force for growth in the AI era—guided by his philosophy: ‘Small Crack, Big Change.’
