With over 25 years at the forefront of strategic communications, Elaine doesn’t just manage reputations — she is driven by delivering results on complex challenges and high-stakes projects. As the Managing Director of Golin Brazil for the last 4 years, she blends deep local insight with a global perspective to help multinational and local brands find their true voice.
Elaine’s passion for PR was forged over 14 years at Burson-Marsteller/BCW (Burson group), where she rose to Market Leader. Whether she’s navigating a high profile crisis, training top-tier executives, or launching massive PR campaigns, she treats every project as an opportunity to push boundaries. Her previous experience led transformative work for companies such as Accenture, Electrolux, Bloomberg, Mattel, Lego, Motorola, Samsung LAO, Intel, and the IMF.
A journalist at heart, Elaine holds a degree in Social Communications from Metodista University and a postgraduate degree in Market Communications from ESPM. For her, PR isn't just about presence—it's about building the meaningful connections that move businesses forward.
