Felipe Paniago is Co-founder and CMO of Reclame AQUI, the world’s largest brand reputation research platform and a global reference in trust within consumer relationships. In 2025, the platform surpassed 1.5 billion pageviews and reached more than 800,000 registered brands.

Holding a degree in Advertising and an MBA in Marketing from ESPM, Paniago has built his entire career within the transformative environment of Reclame AQUI, closely following the evolution of consumer service in Brazil.

He began his career in 2009 and has since led the brand’s growth and innovation through a creative, impact-driven approach. In partnership with Grey, he has won 25 Cannes Lions, including a Grand Prix in Mobile for the Political Corruption Detector campaign.

In 2025, he was recognized as CMO of the Year for Latin America at the Oracle Customer Excellence Awards. In addition to leading marketing, Paniago also serves on Reclame AQUI’s Board of Directors.
