Fran Palines is a Creative Director at VML Manila. She caught the advertising bug as a copywriter at BBDO Guerrero in 2010, and simply never got over it. Since then, she's built her craft across some of Manila's top creative agencies. She's picked up over 90 international and local awards — including metals at One Show, Cannes, New York Festivals, AdFest, London International, Clios, MadStars, and Spikes Asia, plus Gold at the APAC Effies and Silver at WARC Asia for Nestlé KitKat.

Her work for bookstore chain Fully Booked earned the Philippines its 5th Gold Lion, while her Nestlé Maggi spots took home a Silver — before scoring wins at pretty much every major award show, making them the country's all-time most-awarded radio campaigns. She has also served as a juror for NYF, Spikes Asia, and Gerety. When she's not working, she's being bossed around by her beagle mix, Moxie.
