Francesco Grandi
Chief Creative Officer
LePub London

Biography
Francesco isn't interested in making ads. He wants to make meaningful noise. Ideas that make people think, laugh, cry or act. As the founding Chief Creative Officer of LePub London, he gets to try that every single day.
Always one to put himself in uncomfortable situations, Francesco has worked his way across the globe from Chicago, Toronto, Amsterdam, London, then back to London again. That’s not a typo. He likes to do things twice.
Previously, he was National Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy Canada where he led two offices – putting them back on the global stage with their most awarded year in their 64-year history.
Francesco has led campaigns for some of the most iconic brands in the world, such as Netflix, Uber, Heineken, Vaseline and Dove, where his back-to-back ‘Toxic Influence’ and ‘Cost of Beauty’ campaigns both became the most shared and awarded in the brand’s history, catapulting Unilever to Creative Marketer of the Year at Cannes 2024.
Francesco’s creative achievements have consistently earned him top honours at every major awards show, including Grand Prix Cannes Lions, D&AD Collaborative Pencils, One Show Best In Disciplines, a coveted Emmy nomination, number one ranking at the global Drum, Warc and Effie Index, and multiple Grand Prix or Gold at the Clios, LIA’s, Andy’s and Eurobest.
