Habiba is a multi-lingual Creative Director who believes in leading with heart.

With an academic background in art and a passion for writing, she sees the world through colour, storytelling, and creativity, always striving to create work that is both beautiful and deeply resonant.


One of her proudest achievements is helping build an in-house agency from the ground up: the Creative Studio at Careem, the leading Super App in the Middle East, which has since gone on to compete with industry giants and earn recognition against the odds.


Her work has received numerous awards, including a Dubai Lynx Grand Prix, MENA Effies, Transform Awards, and MAD Awards.

Beyond accolades, she considers her greatest achievement to be her role as an Arab female creative leader, bringing a unique perspective and deeply rooted thinking to the table.


She began her career early, working across some of the industry’s leading local and global agencies, including Dentsu, Leo Burnett, and McCann.
