Janne Lysø is a Norwegian creative with more than 25 years of experience in advertising, working across both creativity and brand strategy. She is a co-founder of POL in Oslo, one of Norway’s leading creative agencies.

Throughout her career, Lysø has created award-winning work recognized at major international and national award shows, including at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and Eurobest. In Norway, she has received multiple top industry honors, including Kreativt Forum’s Honorary Award for outstanding contribution to the Norwegian advertising industry. Lysø has previously served on juries at Cannes Lions and Eurobest, and is known for her strong belief in long-term brand building and creative work grounded in clear, human truths.
