Biography
Jung A Kim began her advertising career as a copywriter at Cheil Korea in 1997 and joined Innocean in 2006. Rising from copywriter to creative director, she has earned approximately 300 awards at major international advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Clio Awards, The One Show, LIA, ADFEST, and Spikes Asia. She has also served as a jury member for many of these prestigious competitions.
Kim was named ‘#1 Creative Director in Korea’ by Campaign Brief Asia in 2025, 2021, and 2020. She was also selected as the Japan–Korea Creative Leader at the 2025 Agency of the Year Awards, a distinction awarded to a single leader across both markets. In recognition of her achievements, she received a medal from the Korean government in 2022. She was also honored with the ‘Industry Leader’ title at the AD Asia 2023 Changemakers for Good Awards.
After successfully serving as Chief Creative Officer (CCO) for four years, she was appointed CEO in November 2025. She currently holds both the CEO and CCO roles. More recently, Kim has focused on developing campaigns that leverage emerging technologies and integrate brands with cultural content.
