Biography
Kelsey has spent over two decades championing independent creative thinking, pushing brands beyond the expected to deliver ideas that are original, entertaining and effective. As CEO and Partner of Special US, she has built the agency into a powerhouse for bold, culture-driving work with real commercial impact, earning an Emmy for Outstanding Commercial in 2025 and being named Ad Age Independent Agency of the Year in 2026.
Under her leadership, Special US has grown from a garage based team of five to 80 people across Los Angeles and New York, partnering with some of the world’s most influential brands, including Uber Eats, Instagram, Fox Sports, Hanes, Bumble and Audible.
