As the Global Chief Design Officer at Spark Foundry (Publicis Groupe), Kendra is redefining how media is at the center of modern marketing by integrating audience data, platforms and strategy, experience design, media planning, and content to deliver measurable business impact.

She leads the Design practice, a team of more than 500 architects, strategists, planners, designers, and creators, who help brands earn attention, move culture, and perform across the full funnel at scale.

With 25+ years of experience, she is a trusted advisor to Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies and has held executive roles at Starcom MediaVest, Initiative, Razorfish, Publicis Sapient, and Accenture Song, building deep expertise in delivering marketing transformation at the intersection of creativity and technology.

A published author and award-winning industry leader, Kendra has served on juries for LIONS, Effie, the American Advertising Federation, Adweek, and Advertising Age. A mentorship advocate, she supports the Effie mentorship program, co-founded Project XL, a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) upskilling and mentorship initiative, and mentors leaders through Publicis Groupe’s ‘Lead from the Front’ program.
