Louisa leads a team of creatives across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle, driving earned-first work for clients including Mars, Airbnb, Unilever, Paramount, Mattel, Gap, and Anheuser-Busch. Her campaigns have been recognized with Cannes Lions, Clio, Webby, Effie, Shorty, and SABRE Awards, and she was recently named Creative Leader of the Year at the 2026 Innovation SABREs.

She has also served on juries for Dubai Lynx, the Gerety Awards, and the New York Festivals Advertising Awards, and previously represented Weber Shandwick on the McCann Worldgroup and Interpublic Group Creative Leadership Committees.
