Having been lucky enough to find his professional calling already in high school Madis started as copywriter shortly after, at the Estonian affiliate of Y&R. He soon moved to creative direction and after more than a decade at Y&R plus several years at Publicis, Madis co-founded Salama that's about to celebrate its 8th anniversary. He has been awarded and served at juries both nationally and internationally.
