Biography

With more than 25 years in national and international advertising, Mauro Ramalho has built a career across three countries, leading creative teams and shaping work for some of the world’s most influential brands.

He is currently Chief Creative Officer at Publicis Brasil, where he leads the agency’s creative operation, overseeing 360 campaigns for local and global clients such as Red Bull, adidas, Santander, Nivea, Nestlé, P&G, Hershey’s, among others.

Previously, as VP, Executive Creative Director at R/GA São Paulo, he helped connect the office with R/GA’s global network, including New York, London, Portland and California, turning São Paulo into a key creative partner for brands such as Verizon, Google, Samsung, Heineken and Ally.

He also spent over a decade helping build CUBOCC into one of Brazil’s most creatively recognized independent agencies. He later led creative at FCB, helping the agency win new business, elevate its creative output and double in size in one year, while also contributing to creative excellence at AKQA San Francisco, Organic Toronto and AgênciaClick.

Throughout his career, Mauro has worked with brands such as Spotify, Google, Meta, TikTok, Ambev, Boticário, Audi, Heinz, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s and Mastercard, among many others. His work has been recognized at some of the most prestigious national and international advertising festivals.
