Micah is the Founder and CCO of award-winning, independent creative studio Bear Meets Eagle On Fire.

The studio was named by Cannes Lions as the Independent Agency of the Year for Craft and #3 Independent Agency of the Year globally, in 2025. This came off the back of winning the Grand Prix in Craft along with multiple Gold and Silver Lions for their work on Australian Telco Telstra.

The studio was also named Creative Agency of the Year for the APAC region by both the London International Awards and SHOTS and Agency of Year by Creative Review, The Immortal Awards and AWARD, where Walker was named Creative Leader of Year.

In 2023 AdAge named Bear the #2 Independent Agency of the Year globally at the Small Agency Awards and they were the first recipient of the AWARD Special Award for Creativity in that same year.

Prior to Bear, Micah built his unique, global reputation working with some of the most respected creative brands and agencies in the world, including Wieden + Kennedy Portland and Fallon London, where he was a Creative Partner.

His work has been recognised with over 250 international and local Awards, including Australia’s first ever Grand Clio in film for the iconic Boag’s 'Pure Waters' film and has D&AD Pencils in both advertising and design.

Micah has served on juries at D&AD, Cannes, AWARD, The One Show, London International Awards, AICP, Creative Review UK, and the Immortal Awards.
