As Head of Activation at the7stars - the UK’s largest independent agency driving commercial growth and innovation, Michelle has earned industry-wide recognition, being named among Campaign’s Top 10 Media Buyers for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025). She is also a founding committee member of the Women in Trading network, launched in 2024. She is also the co-founder of ECHO (Empowering Communities, Honouring Origins), an initiative dedicated to creating intentional, inclusive spaces that celebrate and centre the Black and Brown community within the marketing and advertising industry through curated networking events throughout the year.
