Nonthaporn has served as Senior Creative Director at Leo Hong Kong since 2024, relocating from Thailand where she was Creative Director. She leads creative initiatives across Thai-speaking Southeast Asia, building on her start as Creative Group Head in 2020. With over a decade in the industry, her deep understanding of brand strategies comes from working with integrated teams. She began her career as an Art Director, progressing through leadership roles marked by collaborative success.

Nonthaporn led a globally recognized diversity campaign that set new industry benchmarks. She currently drives impactful brand experiences for major regional players.

Her work has received accolades at prestigious awards including the Clios, Cannes Lions, Epica, and One Show. She was honored as one of 19 creatives worldwide selected for Cannes Lions See It Be It 2024, a program promoting gender equality in creative leadership, and featured as a speaker in its Changemakers series. She also mentors talent through the LIA Creative Academy.
