Olena Martynova, Chief Marketing Officer at Starlight Media and CEO of Starlight Creative

A marketing expert with over 20 years of experience in leading Ukrainian media companies. Since 2019, she has served as Chief Marketing Officer at Starlight Media. Following the start of the full-scale invasion, she has led the unified marketing team responsible for developing national social television campaigns.

In 2022, she became the CEO of the international creative agency Starlight Creative, which has since delivered projects for Disney, BBC, Warner Bros. Discovery, CNN, A+E Networks, among others.

The creative work of Olena Martynova and her marketing teams has received multiple international awards, including Effie Awards, Promax, Clio Awards, and Cannes Lions. Since 2022, she has also represented the voice of the Ukrainian industry and its recovery and development needs at the British Marketing Society.
