For over 20 years, Pai has been in the business of making brands impossible to ignore. He’s led regional and global work for the likes of Beiersdorf, Twinings, PepsiCo, Pernod Ricard, Carlsberg, Heineken, Smirnoff, Honda, Canon, Mercedes-Benz, Shell, Netflix, Dtac, and KFC—turning briefs into ideas that break conventions and move people.

His work has been recognized across every major stage, from Cannes Lions and D&AD to The One Show, Spikes, and Clio. In 2010, he represented Thailand at Cannes Young Lions, and since then, he’s sat on juries for Cannes Lions, Spikes, Adfest, ADC Awards, and MADSTARS.
